My name is En-Uk Sequoya Hwang, and I was born on May 28, 1999 in Jerusalem, Israel. I started this blog to show my art.
I live in Seoul, South Korea with my older sister and my parents. My mother is Korean, and my father is American.
This drawing is called "Screaming Man." He is screaming because he is crazy. He had to go to the bathroom, so he raised his hand to get toilet paper, and he is screaming also because he looked in the mirror and saw his ugly face. Bye.
Is the toilet paper above shoulder level? In America, it is usually down by the seat! Also,it must be very frighening to have a mirror in the bathroom. Jeanie
This screaming man looks like some characters in cartoon drawings my Korean students used to make almost 10 years ago.

There must be a cultural commonality at work influencing En-Uk.

Interesting, Sonagi. Bye.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jeanie. In Korea, they don't put toilet paper above shoulder level. He is asking for permission. Bye.
ReplyDeleteEn-Uk,
ReplyDeleteAh, like asking for permission in class? Do you you have to raise your hand in class and be recognized before you are allowed to speak?
Jeanie
Yes, Jeanie. Bye.
