That must be one HUGE black hole! Aren't most stars thousands or millions of light years apart? Imagine how big the black hole would have to be to "swallow" that many stars so far apart!
Or . . . are we ourselves close to that event horizen, catching our last glimpse of the regular-laws-of-physics universe before slipping down into that singularity?
